The Manor’s culinary team will excite your senses with a memorable five course seasonal tasting menu that combines fresh tastes from our gardens and local suppliers. You will have the option to complement the Chef’s menu with a specially selected flight of Nova Scotia wines. The next morning, the Manor team will prepare a hot breakfast to send you off to new destinations.

2-night Culinary Package*

Let the Inn’s culinary team introduce you to the incredible tastes of Nova Scotia with a special two-night Culinary Getaway Package. Your first evening celebrates the food & wine of Nova Scotia with our Chef preparing a five-course dinner featuring unique ingredients from our network of local suppliers, as well as fresh selections from our gardens on a seasonal basis. You will have the option to choose the Chef’s special flight of Nova Scotia wines to compliment the dinner.

Your second day will start with a hot breakfast followed by free time to relax on the Inn’s grounds where we grow many of the organic herbs and vegetables that are used in our signature dishes or tour Chedabucto Bay where we source seafood for our menus. In the evening, the Chef will delight you with a three-course dinner that brings the seasonal tastes of Nova Scotia to your plate. Each course will be paired with a Nova Scotia wine to experience the unique matching of local cuisine and wine.

The next morning, the Manor team will send you on your way with another hot breakfast.

Nova Scotia Spirits Getaway*

Sip and Savour our unique Taste of Nova Scotia Spirits with this overnight getaway in Guysborough. Check in for the night and join us at our Authentic Seacoast Distillery overlooking Mussel Cove for a Tasting Tour*. Sample a selection of our handcrafted award-winning spirits – each influenced and shaped by the sea. Meander through our oceanside vineyard before returning to the Inn to enjoy our locally sourced five course dinner infused with our spirits. After dinner, enjoy a complimentary Authentic Seacoast spirit in the Parlour Room – or out under the stars on the deck by the gazebo.

Craft Beer Getaway*

Guysborough is the birthplace of brewing in Atlantic Canada and we’ll give you a personal look into this unique history with our Craft Beer Getaway. Discover our ‘Rare Bird’ Craft Beers and Brewery at our Authentic Seacoast Distillery. Your getaway will starts with a Tasting Tour* of our Authentic Seacoast Brewery including a tasting of a collection of our Rare Bird Craft Beers in our spectacular tasting room. Checking in at the Inn, enjoy an overnight stay, paired with a Taste of Nova Scotia inspired three course dinner infused with our craft beer and spirits – paired with a complimentary glass of Rare Bird Craft Beer in the Parlour, or take in the sunset on the deck overlooking the gardens under the stars.
