Made in our modern bakery on the beautiful Guysborough Harbour, our treats encompass recipes that have stood up to four centuries of taste testing. We also pull inspiration from new flavours as we create fresh recipes.

Our most popular product is our Fortress Rum Cake, made with award-winning Fortress Rum. They're available at the Authentic Seacoast Distillery & Brewery and you'll find them at grocery stores, cafes and gift shops around the Maritimes.
