Handcrafted here on the historic Guysborough harbour, Virga Vodka takes its inspiration from our local tales of the sea. Just as a mermaid appeared in the mists off the shores of Chedabucto Bay, so too does our vodka take shape from the vapours of our column stills.
Virga Vodka is triple distilled in small batches using our own Glanbùrn artesian water and Annapolis Valley spring wheat. Glanbùrn originates in the pristine Milford Haven watershed where it passes through glacial rock on the way to our distillery, giving the water a natural alkalinity and mineral content that adds softness to our vodka. The Annapolis Valley spring wheat gives Virga a smooth and creamy finish.
