Like whisky and ribs? Then come join us for our fall Rib Fest at the new Authentic Seacoast Distillery & Brewery on Saturday, October 29th, where celebrating is on the menu.

This special fall event will get off to a bang at 7:00 pm with an artillery salute to the King from our friends at the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site. This is an opportunity to raise a glass and sample spirits & craft beer from Authentic Seacoast Company.

Dinner will be at 7:30 and features a delicious plate of ribs smothered in our house-made rum barbecue sauce and served with all the fixings in the distillery & brewery’s spectacular welcome area.

There’s also a feast for your ears with the award-winning jazz duo of Paul Tynan and Jake Hanlon performing jazz standards and popular tunes from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.

Our Rib Fest is also an opportunity to join one of our guest experience ambassadors for a personal tour of the still house and brewery, as well as our state-of-the-art packaging facility, after dinner and learn more about the art and science behind making premium Nova Scotia spirits and craft beer.
